Our Loyalty Program – Climb, Earn, Repeat

Our loyalty program is our way of shouting you a drink or treat on the house. Just a little thank-you for hanging out with us.

This is one of the best benefits of climbing with UP! You don’t need to be a member. As long as you choose to climb with us, you get to enjoy points as well!

Here are all the important details:

  • Earn 10% back on all purchases (e.g. $25 = 250 points / $2.50 credit)
  • 100 points = $1 credit
  • Use points on climbing, café, or retail
  • Points never expire


To start earning, make sure you sign up with your name, email, and Australian mobile number so we can link your purchases and membership.


When buying something at the gym, mention your name at the counter — you’ll get an SMS right after confirming your points have been added.


To redeem your points, just let our staff know you would like to use your loyalty points.

Do I earn points automatically?

Yes — as long as you’ve signed up for the loyalty program and included your details, points are added automatically after every paid purchase

Do I earn loyalty points on weekly membership payments?

Yes! If you’re on a Light or Full Membership, your weekly payments automatically earn points — no extra steps needed

Where can I use my points?

You can redeem points on day passes, prepaid memberships, café items, or gear in our retail area

Do my points expire?

Nope! Your points never expire.

How do I check my points balance?

You can check your balance anytime online.
